🎓 Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised university or institution is mandatory for all posts.

🚗 Special Requirement — Delhi Police SI (Male)

Male candidates applying for Sub Inspector in Delhi Police must hold a valid Driving Licence for LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) at the time of Physical Efficiency Test / Physical Standard Test. This is non-negotiable — candidates without a valid licence will be disqualified for Delhi Police SI.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) + Physical Standard Test (PST) Paper-I qualifiers are called for physical tests including height, chest measurements (male), and running events. Standards differ for male and female candidates and may vary slightly between forces.

Paper-II — English Language & Comprehension (200 Marks) Only candidates who qualify both Paper-I and the Physical Tests are eligible for Paper-II. This stage tests English language proficiency and reading comprehension skills in depth.

Document Verification Shortlisted candidates must present all original documents — graduation degree, age proof, category certificate, driving licence (for Delhi Police male), and any other documents mentioned in the official notification.

Medical Examination The final stage involves a thorough medical examination to confirm candidates meet the fitness standards set for each force. Final merit is prepared based on combined Paper-I and Paper-II scores (physical and medical are qualifying).
