Step-by-Step: How to View Your Scorecard
Results are declared region-wise. Always visit the RRB portal where you originally submitted your application.
💡 On result day, servers will be under heavy load. Try incognito mode or access the site during off-peak hours (early morning or late night).
CBT Structure & Marking Scheme
The CBT was conducted in multiple shifts across November 2025 to February 2026, with normalisation applied to ensure fairness across different shift difficulties. Total duration was 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates).
Marking: +1 for every correct answer, −⅓ for every wrong answer. Unattempted questions carry no penalty. Final scores are normalised across shifts before the merit list is drawn.
Tentative Cut-Off Marks (Out of 100)
Cut-off scores vary by zone, category, and shift difficulty. The figures below are indicative estimates based on past trends and candidate feedback. Official cut-offs will be published with the result.
These are estimates only. Actual cut-offs depend on zone-specific vacancy numbers, total candidates, and final normalised scores. Always verify from the official RRB portal.
Stages After the CBT Result
Clearing the CBT is the first step. The full selection process for Group D Level-1 posts involves four more stages:
Shortlisting
Qualifying
Verification
Examination
CBT Marks Only
The PET is qualifying only — it does not add to your score. The final merit list is prepared entirely on the basis of CBT marks. PET standards: Male candidates must lift 35 kg and complete a timed run; female candidates must lift 20 kg with a corresponding run.
Salary Structure for Level-1 Posts
Group D Level-1 employees are placed in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-1. The overall compensation including allowances is competitive and comes with strong employment security and perks.
